Anhedonia

a term that describes a loss of pleasure, or joy. This means no longer enjoying the            activities and experiences you used to enjoy.

The Anhedonia Project is a 5-year research programme aimed at exploring anhedonia across different mental health conditions using a range of approaches.

Our aim is to make this work accessible to everyone — people who experience anhedonia, those who support them, and anyone who wants to understand it better.
